Eric helped me last year on a house that was a short sale, the sale did not happen but Eric did a great job talking with me and letting me know what was going on. He was so very helpful and respectful to me that I am using him to try and buy the same house this year. He met me at the house when I could, he did not make excuses, he was on time, he took my offer and turned it in and He has kept in touch all the way. I have not had to call him not one time. That is very important to me most of the agents I have dwelt with did not keep in touch, and when I called them they would not return my calls I guess they felt like my offer was in who cares about her she stuck on the fish line they did not care any more. Eric gets 5 stars from me and I recommend him to every one. Buying a house can be very stressful but if you have a agent who cares about his clients it really makes a difference.

I will like to express myself that when entering this endeavor I was worry about purchasing a property the reassign I make this statement. The first property that I purchase the realtor agent that work with me and my family I personal will not recommend. But I’m so glad that I meet Mr. Eric S. Machuca He is a true profession he was very helpful to me and my family in the purchase of the house. He took is time to explain step by step to me and my wife and took the time to work with us on any question that we may have and when out of his way to make the process has easy possible and no problem. He help my wife a lot because I was not there to help her in the process by me working and not physical being there and communicating with him by email and phone he was always will to answer all my question by email and phone.
