Eric really hit the ground running! He came in with a real good review of the neighborhood and we came up with an initial asking price that we could agree on that would work for us, and to sell the house. Our final closing price was about 1% difference from our initial price. Every step of the way he gave great feedback for items I needed to take care of that was “too big of investment for the return” so I didn’t overspend just trying to sell the place. 100% I would use him again if I buy again in Hampton Roads!!

Eric is decisive. He was able to quickly draw tight comparables from the surrounding area to determine the value of each of the homes we looked at. When it came time to write an offer, Eric wasted no time.
