Eric was GREAT! Me and my husband are active duty military and were looking to purchase a new home in the area due to us getting out here in Virginia. We were actually referred to him by our housing who had nothing but great things to say about him. We called him that week and he answered all our questions and set up and appointment right away to see how he could help us and what we were looking for, things didn’t work out due to me and my husbands finances and personal reasons. We reached out months later to Eric again because we were ready to start looking and he was of course there to help right away. He was very prompt and always answered our calls no matter the time or day. He communicated very well and explained everything to us every step of the way. He was honest and wanted the best for us as his clients. We would be new homeowners and never had done this before and Eric made sure the process was easy. He went above and beyond as our realtor!
