He came in with a real good review of the neighborhood and we came up with an initial asking price that we could agree on that would work for us, and to sell the house. Our final closing price was about 1% difference from our initial price. Every step of the way he gave great feedback for items I needed to take care of that was “too big of investment for the return” so I didn’t overspend just trying to sell the place. 100% I would use him again if I buy again in Hampton Roads!!
